The horizontal mixer is a machine used for stirring. It is under the action of the inner and outer helical ribbons on the stirring shaft that the materials are turned within the range of the cylinder. The inner screw ribbon pushes the material from the middle to the two sides, while the outer screw ribbon pushes the material from the two sides to the center. The material that has been mixed back and forth moves and changes along the radial direction under the rotation of the screw ribbon, thus forming a convective circulation. Due to the stirring of the above movements, the material is rapidly and evenly mixed in a very short time. The shaft seals at both ends adopt special seals, ensuring no leakage of powder or liquid, and the replacement cost of sealing consumables is low. It is easy to replace, so it is a highly efficient mixing equipment with wide application, strong adaptability and good effect.
